6-Month Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage

GamingRepairs.co.uk provides a 6-month warranty (“Warranty Period”) on all repairs carried out by our technicians. This warranty covers any faults or issues directly related to the repair service provided.

2. Warranty Period

The Warranty Period starts from the date the repair is completed and the device is returned to the customer. The warranty will be valid for a continuous period of six (6) months.

3. What is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Labor and replacement parts used in the original repair.
  • Recurrence of the original fault or issue that was repaired.

4. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Additional or unrelated faults that occur after the repair.
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear of the device.
  • Issues resulting from software problems, virus/malware, or other non-hardware related problems.
  • Repairs carried out by anyone other than GamingRepairs.co.uk or its authorized service providers.

5. Warranty Claims

To make a claim under this warranty:

  1. Contact us at repairs@gamingrepairs.co.uk or call us at [your contact number] within the Warranty Period.
  2. Provide proof of repair, including your receipt or invoice number.
  3. Describe the issue you are experiencing in detail.

6. Warranty Process

Upon receiving your warranty claim, we will:

  1. Assess the fault to determine if it is covered under this warranty.
  2. If covered, we will repair the fault at no additional cost.
  3. If not covered, we will provide a quote for the repair.

7. Exclusions and Limitations

  • This warranty is limited to the original customer and is non-transferable.
  • This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of the repair. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of use.

9. Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
